About Inside Sales Coordinator

  PIP Global Safety (“PIP®”) is a leader in providing innovative personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes Hand Protection, Above-the-Neck Protection, Workwear and Footwear to the industrial, trades, retail and e-tail channels.   We are seeking a motivated sales coordinator to join our growing inside sales team!

  The essential function of the Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) role is to support the inside sales team to penetrate existing accounts further through brand awareness.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop an understanding of the business and effectively use that understanding to satisfy distributor and end user needs using the PIP value proposition.

  Manage end user and distributor leads.

  Update account and lead information in CRM.

  Raise brand awareness within existing Inside Sales accounts in each territory.

  Identify new business opportunities.

  Update account information including key contacts.

  Conduct market research to identify sales trends and new product opportunities.

  Collaborate on monthly marketing initiatives to inside sales accounts.

  Assist Inside Sales Reps and Manager with account base as needed.

  Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with distributors.

  Make outbound calls to warm and cold customers.

  Follow up on sample request.

  Other duties may be assigned.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Active listening skills - proven ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

  Ability to effectively convey the PIP value proposition.

  Forward thinking- someone who will challenge the status quo.

  Excellent time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task with various assignments.

  Flexibility – ability to change as business needs change.

  Will act in a courteous and professional manner.

  Bachelor's degree preferred.

  1-3 years' experience in a professional office environment

  Experience supporting an industrial sales team a plus!
