The Information Security Risk Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordination of requests for global regulatory audits, exams, cyber security assessments and ad hoc requests working closely with various CISO teams.
Ensure deliverables, responses, and meetings are well managed to meet tight timelines.
Actively focus on process improvement, creating efficiencies, and ensuring proactive approach to external/regulatory audits/exams.
Assist in entry, maintenance and pulling of documents within internal CISO tool.
Coordinate periodic MD reapprovals of documents utilized for regulatory audits and exams.
Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Participate any additional ad hoc risk work.
The ideal candidate has:
At least 6+ years of experience in similar role.
Experience in AML, diligence, or audit area.
Risk management experience is a must.
Working in a banking or financial industry is a huge plus .
Experienced in IT or familiar with information security field are desired skills.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management.
The ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
Fluent English knowledge.
