Job Description

　　A Fortune 500 client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team remotely. Will be a critical member of the Identity Access Management + Information Security group, partnering closely with Manager of IAM and Enterprise IT LOBs, to deliver on global IT solutions. Will be leading large-scale projects, in areas related to; InfoSec, IAM, SSO, MFA, SailPoint, Ping / Ping Federate, Application Onboarding, Recertifications, and much more. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

　　* Coordinates multiple teams throughout project life cycle.

　　* Conveys clear expectations of project goals.

　　* Directs work activities and keeps team on track with project schedule.

　　* Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of project management approaches, applications, technical processes, etc. related to project goals.

　　* Recommends and implements modifications to improve project results.

　　* Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.

　　* Delegates project tasks to employees, best positioned to complete them.

　　* Monitors project progress and sets deadlines.

　　* Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

　　* Ensures stakeholder satisfaction.

　　* Evaluates project performance.

　　* Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, outside parties, etc.

　　* Analyzes results to determine potential issues, risks, and enhancements.

　　* Reviews tasks status, applications, or technical processes to determine metrics.

　　* Serves as a liaison, when multiple units are assigned to the same project, to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

　　* Creates a sense of urgency and ability to engage people in a positive manner to move projects forward.

　　* Maintains internal and external project communications, including meetings, conference calls, weekly reports, technical and status updates, presentations, etc.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　4 + years of experience as an IT Project Manager, focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) and Information Security portfolios

　　Experience leading large-scale projects, specifically around; IAM, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), etc.

　　* I.e. SailPoint, Ping / Ping Federate, Application Onboarding, Recertification, etc.

　　Experience creating project plans, setting milestone/deadlines, monitoring performance, allocating resources, identifying risks, etc.

　　Experience coordinating and communicating project goals across various business units; executives, stakeholders, vendors, users, etc.

　　Experience keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously, with the ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environments

　　Skilled in; PM methodologies and best practices, problem-solving, delegation, prioritization, time and risk management, etc. null
