Job Description:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst - Senior is responsible for providing analysis and support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Intermountain's Cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines, processes, technologies, and solutions ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of Intermountain's electronic information and information systems infrastructure.
Familiarity with identity systems communication, notably Radiant Logic services, will be crucial.
We will hire at Staff or Senior level depending on qualifications (see below for details).
May require some in-office work on occasion.

Assists in the operational analysis and support of the Identity application systems such as Radiant Logic, Active Directory, Identity Governance tools, identity auditing and certification, and Identity integrity. Fully functioning, journey-level professional experienced in most aspects of information systems/security technologies and systems. Incumbent's ability encompasses broad knowledge required within information security and information systems. Typically implements designs or approaches developed by others. Functions independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability with minimal supervision and general direction.
Remote/hybrid work - we may hire out of state workers where state laws allow.
Job Functions:
Participates in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture under the direction of the Cybersecurity Consultant Analyst, Team Lead, or Manager, where appropriate.
Participates in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures) under the direction of the Cybersecurity Consultant Analyst, Team Lead, or Manager, where appropriate.
Participates in the planning and design of an enterprise Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, under the direction of the Cybersecurity Consultant Analyst, Team Lead, or Manager, where appropriate.
Maintains up-to-date general knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
Recommends additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security.
Performs the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise's security documents specifically.
Maintains up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
Maintains operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established baselines.
Monitors all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
Reviews logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.). Interprets the implications of that activity and devise plans for appropriate resolution.
Participates in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
Participates in incident investigations into suspicious or problematic activity.
Provides on-call support for end users for all in-place security solutions.
Minimum Qualifications (Senior - starting at $47.80/hr)
Demonstrated experience in information systems/security technologies and systems.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technology related field. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
Possess CISA or CISSP industry certification.
and -Be actively pursuing CISA or CISSP industry certification
and -Possess related Cybersecurity industry certification.
Five years of related experience in information systems / security technologies and systems.
and -Demonstrated understanding of information security related regulations (e.g. HIPAA/HITECH Security and Privacy regulations, and the Cybersecurity aspects of other regulations including: PCI DSS, SOX (MAR FRC), FRCP, JCAHO and JCAHO Alert 42, GLBA, State Breach, FERPA, and FCRA, etc.
