　　Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives in the Irving, TX area. This is a Hybrid role with only one day per week on site. Candidates that are interested must be located in the Irving, TX area. This is a Temp to Perm role and a great way to get your foot in the door with a large company.

　　salary: $18.49 - $18.5 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 7 AM - 8 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue

　　• Leverage a communication “scripts” when handling different topics

　　• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

　　• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

　　• Activity documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs

　　• Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment while working with a computer and typing skills (35wpm)
