Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC journeyman to join our team, with openings available on both the service and installation sides of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in both areas, or a willingness to learn, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Weekly Pay!
Responsibilities:
Install and service HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and prevent breakdowns
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions
Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs or installations
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Work in a team environment to meet customer needs
Follow safety procedures and regulations
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician on the service or installation side
Active journeyman license required
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs
Must be able to work the shift of Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some Saturdays required
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of HVAC software
Must have own tools
