　　We are currently seeking a talented and bilingual Human Resources Generalist with proficiency in both Korean and English to join our team. If you are passionate about HR, fluent in both languages and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to for this exciting opportunity. This is an entry level role.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process

　　Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

　　Act as a liaison between English-speaking and Korean-speaking employees, providing language support as needed

　　Translate documents, policies, and communications between Korean and English

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws

　　Assist in conducting HR audits to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
