Position Summary Under the direction of theHR operations Manager maintains the accuracy of demographic, employment,benefit, compensation and payroll information stored in the HumanResource Information System (HRIS). Processes and maintains benefit andcompensation related materials, files, and required forms in compliancewith organizational policies and procedure, benefit plan documents, aswell as federal and state governing bodies, to support the benefit andcompensation functions. Will work on special projects as assigned. Mustexercise a high degree of discretion, good judgment, positive attitudeand confidentiality in job assignments and communications with othersdue to the sensitivity of the files and processes involved.Responsibilities Maintains employee and other HR data in the system oron forms, either electronically or manually, and performs periodicaudits to ensure the quality and integrity of the system. Processes,tracks and maintains employee transactions/information includingemployment, payroll, benefit, termination, new hires, etc. Ensurescommunication/distribution of necessary information to HR customers.Assists with the analysis and resolution of HRIS system issues and makesrecommendations as appropriate.
