Description We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The main focus of the HR Generalist will involve completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Primary responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. What you get to do every day
Construct a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Team up with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Design employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Analyze employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Craft employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities Requirements - Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
1+ years of human resources experience
Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Previous experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
