The Role: The HR Director provides support for theorganization through the execution of strategic human resourcesinitiatives while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In this role, youwill supervise functional leaders who manage the day-to-day activitiesrelated to employee relations, workers\' compensation, recruitment,benefits, payroll, and development. You will collaborate with executiveleadership and business unit leaders to convert strategies intoresult-driven actions.
