　　Privacy and Compliance Analyst

　　As a Privacy and Compliance Analyst, you will support Telligen's commitment to compliance, privacy and security, through the monitoring and implementation of the programs and policies supporting these critical elements of our business.

　　This role will work in the West Des Moines office 3 or more days a week.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Serve as a subject matter expert on HIPAA. Maintain current knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations, as well as other applicable federal and state privacy regulations, industry compliance and privacy policies.Develop a cross-departmental privacy program. Implement privacy-related procedures and training as required.Conduct risk assessments, internal audits and recommend risk reduction strategies.Support Telligen's response to all privacy incidents and breaches.Monitor existing processes for privacy controls, including record retention.Incorporate privacy design into business practices and recommend enhancements to IT systems as needed.Review and evaluate the life cycle of confidential and sensitive data, including the collection, storage, use, transfer, retention and destruction.Oversee all data use agreements.Research and respond to privacy and compliance related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Train and educate staff and vendors on privacy and compliance policies and procedures.Compile and analyze data to create and deliver reports for internal stakeholders.Monitor and analyze privacy and compliance related legislation and amendments to regulations.What You'll Need:

　　Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years' experience in industry.Must have HIPAA compliance experience.Understanding of privacy practices, regulations, and laws and how they relate to healthcare data practices.COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
