　　Your future role.

　　You are leading a team of international acting project managers.

　　In your responsibility is the successful execution of the minerals project portfolio in quality, time and budget.

　　You form a learning team to avoid Non-Conformance Costs and deliver high profitable projects.

　　You lead a sub-team for Site Services and organize the worldwide site activities.

　　The Organization of regular project reviews and reporting to the management is in your responsibility.

　　In close cooperation with the Procurement Team you coordinate the external and internal suppliers.

　　You are in close contact to our customers in case of any escalations.

　　Implementation of the Solutions Strategy in the projects.

　　Your profile.

　　You have completed a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

　　You have already gained long-term years of professional experience.

　　You executed several international projects as Senior Project Manager and you are certified according to PM@Siemens or similar.

　　Good Knowledge about the mineral industry.

　　You have already experience in leading a department.

　　Good Reporting skills to the management and to the management of our customers.

　　Analytical thinking enables you to quickly identify problems in a project and to find the right counter measures.

　　You love to work in international teams.

　　You are fluent in English and German; Spanish would be a benefit.
