  We are looking for a Global Head (f/m/d) of Talent Attraction. This role is a key Talent Acquisition leadership role in a decentralized and truly global environment, operating within a global center of expertise with all the accountability for the strategic direction and value creation of our Employer Brand, Talent attraction & Early Talent initiatives.

  The role will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

  Your responsibilities

  Develop and implement a global talent attraction strategy to identify, engage, and hire top talent.

  Coordinate the company's employment branding strategies in close collaboration with our Communications Team.

  Develop Siemens strategy as Employer of Choice for professionals and early talents on key social media and digital platforms, with the support of experts and external agencies. Ensure globally consistent Employer Brand Communication online (Career website, job boards, etc.) and offline (printed materials, live interaction on campus, etc.) throughout the candidate experience journey.

  Contribute to the development of a refreshed EVP as necessary.

  Build and manage the Talent Attraction Budget.

  Develop and oversee Siemens University Relations Attraction strategy.

  Partner with our DE&I team to ensure we develop a diverse and inclusive approach in all our attraction strategies.

  Evaluate success of programs and employer branding activities by analyzing key performance indicators, share standard processes with global teams, and pursue continuous improvement.

  Establish a positive relationship with local country TA operations and leaders.

  Lead, develop, and mentor a team of highly skilled and passionate specialists responsible for building and fostering relationships.

  Your background

  Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR Management, Marketing, Branding or Communication

  Many years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent attraction, employer branding. Proven understanding of TA delivery and operations required

  Leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced and globally operating manufacturing environment on a functional level

  Solid business sense to understand business priorities and position the employer value proposition with graduates and professionals

  Ability to build effective networks and maintain a close dialogue with key partners in pursuit of defined goals

  Refined communication and presentation skills on all levels inside the organization as well as to strategic external partners. A dedicated, resilient, energetic individual able to respond constructively to challenge and consider diverse perspectives

  Fluent English

  Willingness to travel
