　　About the Team

　　The Candidate Service team is primarily responsible to provide professional and efficient recruiting coordination services for the full-cycle interview process. This team is part of the Talent Center (a CoE) which has a wide remit including policy & process, early careers, and TA enablement. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support multiple international stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth.

　　We are looking for talented individuals to join the team for a 12 month contract position based in Malaysia.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams.

　　2. Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and data analysis.

　　3. Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects.

　　4. Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements:

　　1. HR background and/or recruitment experience is preferred, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn is welcomed.

　　2. Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.

　　3. Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.

　　4. Good organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.

　　5. Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability.

　　6. Can work under pressure and be a good team player.

　　7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment.

　　8. Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends).

　　9. Bachelor's Degree.
