　　Job Purpose*

　　This role involves the collection, processing and interpretation of data relating to travel and meeting expenses incurred by GSK employees.

　　Experience with data analysis and reporting software such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau or specific T&E/M&E management software may be particularly valuable.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Experience - 3 to 5 YearsCvent system administration (managing user access and licenses, manage the GLT approval process, ensure that meetings and events registered in Cvent comply with internal policies)Support desk for GSK employees for Cvent queriesGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports from Cvent/SpotMe to provide insights into meetings and events spending. These reports can be used for decision-making by managementAnalyze meetings and events data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. This analysis can help identify areas where cost savings or policy adjustments are neededCollect, organize, and maintain data related to travel, expenses and meetingsAudit hotel commissionsStay updated with industry trends and best practices in travel and expense management to suggest improvements in processes and policies as well as reporting automation#LI-GSK
