We are seeking motivated and dynamic Finance interns to join Coca-Cola's Center Finance and Strategy functions for an 8-10 week program to contribute to the digital transformation of our finance and strategy processes. The internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to gain hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment servicing a complex global footprint. Successful interns will get assigned within an area of finance and strategy (internal audit, investor relations, corporate finance, strategy, tax, etc.) to shadow the function, support the activities led by the function, and identify opportunities to digitalize ways of working. The ideal candidate will identify automation use cases, followed by implementing the use case to modernize ways of working, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation within the finance department.
What You Will Do for Us:
Work under the supervision of a Center Function leader.
Shadow and support the assigned finance function to deliver operational responsibilities.
Build business acumen while expanding skills in overall financial management in a global setting.
Identify opportunities to improve existing ways of working to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for increasing the use of available digital solutions, including GenAI and CokeGPT, within the function.
Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation use cases. Automation use cases may include the use of CokeGPT, GenAI, process and reporting automation, workflow optimization, among other types of digital solutions.
Design, pilot, and scale automation use cases within the function.
Support activities to increase digital literacy within the function. Digital literacy opportunities may include training and support to team members on the use of digital tools or address user inquiries and challenges to facilitate smoother adoption.
Support activities to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and provide insight into potential opportunities.
Support activities to document user guides and operating manuals to facilitate ongoing maintenance and adoption of digital solutions.
Actively participate in Finance & Strategy capability offering (structured learning / experiential learning.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Currently pursuing an graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Familiarity of financial concepts and processes.
Minimum of a 3.5 GPA preferred.
Willingness to work in Atlanta, GA during the internship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication (written / oral) and interpersonal skills.
Technically proficient with digital tools and a quick learner of new technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong command of Microsoft Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Access)
Strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines.
