　　We are currently seeking a Global HS Engineer who will be responsible for supporting sites, manufacturing facilities, and beyond operations (Field, Remote, and Offices) via hands-on counsel, coaching, assessment, and implementation. Partnering with Corporate and Site EH&S leadership and beyond Operations Leadership to develop and monitor EH&S Key Priorities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement. Ensuring implementation of programs, and routines to maintain continuous “audit ready” level for sites and beyond operations under Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.

　　In this role, you will be responsible for:

　　Responsible for execution of compliance requirements including company systems, reporting, policies, and procedures as well as all applicable external regulatory requirements (Country EHS Requirements, FDA, DEA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, etc.) .

　　Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that EH&S issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.

　　Work with functional leaders from Human Resources, Quality, and others as appropriate to develop an effective EH&S compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.

　　Assist EH&S compliance audit execution and lead & guide routine internal EH&S auditing and verification (Internal/External) and corrective action tracking.

　　Partner with site EHS Managers to coach and develop field leader audit expertise. Support field through internal EHS systems such as Gensuite audit and corrective actions closure.

　　The required qualifications for the job include:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Health and safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years experience within EH&S including work in manufacturing operations and product engineering/R&D.

　　Knowledge and experience working with ISO Management System certification (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

　　Strong understanding of all applicable global, local, state, and federal regulations (E.g. OSHA, EPA, CAL-OSHA, ANSI, Fire Code, etc.)

　　Demonstrated experience with internal/external EHS auditing inclusive of audit software- Gensuite highly preferred.

　　Experience driving projects using Excel and leading data using lean and Six Sigma tools such as problem-solving, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Experience in the Life Sciences industry and laboratory operations preferred.

　　Proficiency with Windows-based applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Ability to master other specialized software.

　　The salary range for this role is $100-120K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

　　This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
