  Please note, relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.Job DescriptionThe Fuels Sales Engineer is accountable for driving the sales process to identify unmet customer needs, opportunities for unsolicited offers, and response to customer RFQ's. This individual is responsible for leading the capture strategy working with the product line solution managers and product managers from the identification of an opportunity through negotiation and finalization of contracts. In addition, this role will ensure the Customer Relationship Management Tool is properly maintained for responsible products/customers/opportunities.

  Your Day-to-Day:Support opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through through offer development and contract closureDevelop / maintain technical and sales related knowledge to support Fuels product portfolio needs. The Fuels Sales Engineering will be responsible to support technical questions multiple layers deep while able to easily facilitate and guide interactions between the business segments, technical resources, and the customers during the sales process.Support capture strategy for opportunities including but not limited to identifying bundling opportunities, cross coordination of products to present customer-oriented solutions, and working with Product Management, Solutions Management and Account Management to define target price and target costs.Support negotiations with the client until final contract signature, ensuring proper teamwork and alignment with all relevant WEC teammates including Account Managers, Solutions Management, Product Management, Legal, finance, and supporting organizations.Responsible for the management of opportunities and data within the customer relationship management tool for associated opportunities.Support LOA and offer processes within Westinghouse including presentation and obtaining buy-in from WEC key stakeholders to ensure offering meets Westinghouse target objectives and Customer needs.

  Who You Are:As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:Bachelors of Science Degree5+ years of experience working at or with Nuclear Utilities.Preferred experience with on-site nuclear plant experience in a utility position or customer facing role as a vendor.Knowledge of Nuclear Utility buying processesKnowledge of the Nuclear Fuel product lineGeneral knowledge of related Nuclear Plant OperationsSales relatedWhy Westinghouse?Westinghouse Electric Company is the global nuclear energy industry's first choice for safe, clean, and efficient energy solutions.
