You are in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. You handle different people, from locals to international travelers.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiriesAssist users with purchase process, troubleshooting, and use of systemsRespond to all emails, both internal and external, within 24 hoursSchedule in-person appointments and inform customers of required documentationFill out and record customer information in company databases accurately and efficientlySkills and Qualifications: Conversational Japanese language skillsRequirements:
Ability to type minimum of 35 WPMAbility to clearly speak JapaneseAbility to clearly speak, read, and understand the English LanguageAbility to actively listen and effectively communicate, verbally and in writingAbility to multi-task and work well individually and on a teamExcellent attendancePay:$20.00 per hour ($17/hour during 1-2months training period, DOE)
