This role supports the production and manufacturing process through laboratory inspection, on-line testing and evaluations. Associates must understand customer specifications and ensure in-process testing as well as finished product meets all quality parameters.

　　First Shift Schedules:

　　Raw: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

　　RTE: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

　　Associate may occasionally need to work until 5pm

　　Second Shift Schedules:

　　Raw: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday

　　RTE: 4:15 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday

　　Duties:

　　Follow all company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and adhere to JSA guidelines.

　　Support the manufacturing process of high quality products in a safe and healthful manner

　　Perform pre-op inspections and routine examinations of equipment and machinery

　　Monitor assigned production line which may include temperature monitoring, sizing, validating all GMP's are being followed by team members.

　　Document and report any deviations from quality standards on an iPad

　　Monitor line and communicate with with Operations Team to ensure product specifications are being followed and final products meet requirements.

　　Promotes, adheres, and is responsible for Food Safety and Quality

　　Any other duties as assigned.

　　Position Requirements:

　　On the job training will be provided for each task/responsibility.

　　Must be able to read, write and understand English.

　　Must have basic computer/tablet skills, be able to read a thermometer, use a caliper, and read and understand required specifications.

　　Required to work quickly and repetitively to keep up with the flow of production.

　　Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and requires that hearing protection be worn in production areas at all times.

　　The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.75 - $16.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
