　　Position Purpose:

　　Plans, instructs, and promotes fitness classes.

　　What you will Do:

　　Plans fitness class content: Develops choreography according to industry guidelines.

　　Instructs fitness classes.

　　Works as a team player to support and promote wellness services.

　　Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures.

　　Hours/Schedule:

　　.001 FTE; PRN as needed as available; will teach 60-minute classes.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High school Diploma or GED

　　Minimum of 1-year experience teaching fitness classes or work with facilitator 3 months prior to hiring.

　　Basic Life Support certification (BLS)

　　Intermediate language, basic math, basic reasoning ability.

　　Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

　　Ability to build positive relationships.
