Full-Time (40 hours per week) - 100% FTE

Opportunity to provide excellent customer service internally DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The position requires a high degree of personal initiative and good communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow, excellence of work standards and an active interest in providing strong customer service. The position also requires an ability to adjust to rapid change, all of which are continuing challenges.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating fiscal support for department managers and their units, HMC Payroll, process complex administrative Human Resource (HR) activities and special projects for Clinical Business Systems leadership
Perform a variety of fiscal transactions related to accurate and timely processing of payroll for HMC employees in accordance with HMC policies and procedures
Provide services for HMC employees including explanation of policies and procedures related to their pay and investigation into possible pay discrepancies, including resolution where appropriate. REQUIRED:
Three years of experience providing administrative support in the area of fiscal and/or business management OR
