Example of Duties:
Preparation and approval of documents in Luma
Second level trouble shooting- Luma, etc.
Experience with budgets, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, adjustments, purchasing card and travel reimbursements
Help creating agency wide guidelines and best practices
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Communicate effectively with internal staff, vendors, other agencies, etc.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience creating financial documents and extensive excel experience
Ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize tasks in a high stress, fast paced work environment
Minimum Qualifications
Good knowledge of:
