Finance Operations Analyst – P2P Center of Excellence (

Pune, India

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst. The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune. Finance Operations Analyst will primarily be responsible to Vendor invoice processing, Po/Non-PO invoices, answering vendor queries, manage ServiceNow tickets and assisting AP month close, supporting internal and external audit as per company policies.

In this role you will…

Match the Invoices with corresponding purchase orders. Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.

Process non-PO invoices and ensure accuracy of coding and data entry

Work with various Teams to follow up on pending approval of Invoices

Responding to internal and external vendor inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.

Manage the SNOW tickets and respond to the AP related enquiries within SLA.

High level of engagement with business stakeholders to make sure the SLA is maintained, and invoices approvals and payments made on time.

Proactively escalate issues to the Team lead that requires intervention / clarification

Assisting with Accounts Payable month end, quarter end closing and audit requests

Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to Accounts Payable.

You have what it takes if you have…

A bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or related experience.

6+ years of experience in P2P (Invoice processing, payment and query resolution.

Must have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution-based approach

Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency

Advance English and good written and verbal communication skills to interact upward and cross functionally are a must

Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint Outlook

Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones.

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

Experience in BPO industry would be an added advantage.

Experience working in Oracle Fusion.
