TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.Additional information can be found at www.ttm.comJob Description:Scope:The Final Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all types of visual inspection related to PCBs using magnification equipmentRead and interpret customer drawingsIdentify and segregate non-conforming productPerform minor rework and repairs to identified defectsPreform final count of acceptable and rejected boardsCompare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify supervisor of discrepanciesComplete reject report, sign traveler, and input data into final logObtain final documentation package and move to the shipping departmentUsing calipers, pin gauges and micrometersMaintain a high attention to detailFollow all departmental process procedures correctlyComplete all departmental documentation accuratelyComplete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the departmentPerform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist productionNote:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.
