The OpeningWe are currently seeking a Foreman to be based out of Denver, CO to assistwith hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontaminationand handling of hazardous materials.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle creation of job duties and delegate tasks to laborers and operatorsCreate and monitor schedules for each worker and ensure that he has thephysical and mental ability to copeEnsure accuracy of daily work orders and make sure that time efficiency istaken into accountBrief crew members about how daily tasks need to be carried outBe able to manage budgets and track costsEnsure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everythingis in proper order and state of maintenancePerform inspections to ensure that the crew's performance is up toestablished company policiesCreate progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significantinformation is communicated to the project managerHandle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive mannerCreate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliersto ensure timely procurement of supplies and materialsEnsure periodic maintenance and proper storage of construction equipment andtoolsHave an excellent driving historyTravel is requiredWhat does it take to work at Environmental Restoration?Pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and physicalexam.Legally eligible to work in the United States (Verified through E-Verify)Must be able to interpret and follow written and oral instructions andassignments.Able to wear full and half face respiratorAble to work in confined spacesRegularly lift and carry 50 poundsWillingness to obtain OSHA (40 hour) CertificateAbility to work on an on-call basis
Construction industry experience, environmental experience, hazardouswaste experience and certification (i.e. OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER), CDL,heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience a plus.
