　　Looking for an in demand and high performing Executive Assistant opportunity? Look no further! Robert Half is partnering with a real estate investment firm to identify a talented candidate to support a high-profile C-Level executive. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with providing C-Level support, managing calendars and events, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Concur and PowerPoint is a plus. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for booking all travel arrangements, auditing/completing expense reports, will report to the Chief Investment Officer If you are able to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

　　Calendar Management, Calendar Management, Coordinate Travel Arrangements, Microsoft Teams, Citrix, Concur Expense, Concur, OneDrive, Smartsheet, Bachelor Degree and 5+ years experience preferred.
