Job Description

　　We are looking for an experienced Event and Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics for an Analyst/Press Speaking Program, Partner Speaking Program, Training, and other tasks. This program includes AR/PR for analysts and press, partner programs that might be full day or a track that carries through all 4 days of the event, and a training program for IT experts (500 people) who come for an additional day of deep dive of hands-on training. The ideal candidate must be able to put on different hats, work with different stakeholders, collaborate with other internal experts who would be the ones driving a lot of the strategy, and manage logistics. They must also have experience working with speakers and coordinating speaker logistics.

　　Coordinate speaker logistics and work with speakers.

　　Be proactive with any technical production/work with AV teams for sound, lighting, etc.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　At least 5 years of experience in in-person events.

　　Experience working with speakers and coordinating speaker logistics.

　　Ability to put on different hats, work with different stakeholders, collaborate with other internal experts who would be the ones driving a lot of the strategy, and manage lots of logistics.
