Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

　　8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

　　3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　5 years of experience managing an engineering team within an organization.

　　Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to continue progressing.

The stack delivers fast, streamlined, and comprehensive journeys for developers needs. We measure success through journey simplicity, velocity, enablement, and resulting product impact, along with efficiency of the IR stack and applications.

　　Collaborate closely with the Web Indexing team to define the technical direction, align the agenda, and transform the web indexing system to support the web processing needs across Google.

　　Collaborate with other IR pillars to support the critical customer investment and provide sustainable web processing solutions.

　　Understand how the large-scale search infrastructure at Google works and scope, plan and drive projects to transform web index.

　　Support the customer’s strategic investment and deliver the value to the customers in a timely manner.
