Job Description: Oversee and manage software engineers in the design, implementation, and operation of high-quality software applications that are reliable, scalable, performant, and secure. Responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring deliverables are met on various product features and internal tools. Help define and delegate resources for the company's quarterly roadmap. Analyze workflows, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines. Run agile project management processes and conduct code reviews. Make technical contributions to product architecture and delivery features. Responsible for improving product quality, security, and performance of the company's software architecture. Develop and implement new features based on requirements using the current Cash Flow Portal tech stack, including Python, React, Redux, and Flask. Assist in the development of software system testing procedures and conduct bug fixes. Spot coding issues and bugs during code and design review and communicate problems effectively. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills.  Telecommuting permitted up to 100%; employee must reside within normal commuting distance of company's office in Seattle, WashingtonJob Requirements: Requires a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field, and one year of experience in:•           Designing and developing services and user interfaces for web applications utilizing tools and technologies, including Redux, Apollo GraphQL client, Celery, Chrome extensions and Flask, and programming languages including Javascript and Python;•           Analyzing, developing, and maintaining databases and internal database tools utilizing PostgresSQL Server via Amazon RDS;•           Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Deployment to ensure that code is continually integrated and deployed using Github Action and Heroku;•           Building and maintaining complex infrastructure on public cloud providers, including AWS, Heroku and Cloudflare;•           Integrating software features with external providers using partner APIs; and•           Building and maintaining a continuously monitoring system for detecting production errors and identifying performance bottlenecks utilizing Slack, Retool, Datadog and Pagerduty.Telecommuting permitted up to 100%; employee must reside within normal commuting distance of company's office in Seattle, Washington. Benefits include medical, dental and vision Insurance and PTO.Position:  Engineering ManagerLocation: Cash Flow Portal, Inc. in Seattle, WASalary: $170,310 - $180,00040 hours per week, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-FTo apply, please e-mail resume to [email protected].
