　　Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs. The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation.

　　Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Identify, develop, evaluate, introduce, and manage engineering solutions for product control and control system technology needs. Apply control theory and mathematical modeling to design and control systems with desired behaviors. Includes operability, setting of boundaries, cycle optimization, control logic, control related software, sensors, hardware and software algorithms, and feedback to control the performance of devices, subsystems and systems.

　　Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

　　Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

　　May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

　　A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

　　Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan & manage workflow.

　　Transformer control scheme preparation for Power Transformer / Generator Transformer / ICT & reactors.

　　Ability to understand & incorporate scheme received from different supplier for transformer /reactor instruments (Like on Load tap changer, CMS, Numerical relay, Unit cooler etc.)

　　Good knowledge of AUTO CAD electrical software is preferable.

　　Basic Knowledge of AUTO CAD mechanical for Panel/Cabinet general arrangement preparation).

　　Cable schedule preparation based on site wiring requirements.

　　Bill of material preparation in PDM environment.

　　Good knowledge of deferent customer specification.

　　Knowledge of national & International standards.

　　Discussion with supplier, Internal customers for fast-track projects.

　　Self-motivated, fast learner, well behavior& focused to output.
