　　Responsibilities

　　Role Model and coach for clients regarding developing and using effective problem solving, decision-making, conflict resolutions, independent living skills and responsibilities.

　　Learn skills and needs of clients to assist clients in implementing goals and objectives in their employment setting. Provide training, demonstration, and observation both individually and in group sessions about identified areas.

　　Teaches and guides clients in achieving hopes, dreams, goals and objectives through self-direction, decision-making, and goal setting.

　　Documentation: Monitors and documents client behaviors in the work place.

　　Requirements

　　Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.

　　Must be at least 18 years of age.

　　Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.

　　Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.

　　Must have a reliable phone with voicemail
