  Job Summary:

  The primary responsibility of the Email Marketing Specialist is to drive interactions via email marketing. This includes outbound electronic marketing utilizing our CRM system. Must work closely with our divisions to execute and track the performance of our email web platform marketing campaigns. Must work collaboratively with the digital, communications, and design teams to faithfully convert marketing campaign concepts into effective email programs utilizing modern practices. This candidate should have a commitment to brand consistency, managing schedules, cross-functional team communication, testing, and thorough analysis and tracking and metrics.

  Duties and responsibilities

  · Ideation, creation and sending of email marketing messages.

  · Minor coding in HTML, XML, CSS, SQL, to support online marketing projects and campaigns.

  · Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

  · Utilize best practices for email marketing and increasing interactions, including CAN-SPAM compliance, effective subject lines, and knowledge of how emails render across email clients.

  · Creating and maintaining email distribution lists and segments queries.

  · Interact with division marketing personnel to provide detailed metrics, analysis, and recommendations for all email initiatives.

  · Verify that all necessary website content is being displayed properly for pages related to email campaigns.

  Requirements

  Minimum Education Experience:

  · 1-2 years of email marketing experience

  · Comfortable reading and writing HTML, CSS, XML, and database queries

  · Ability to adjust ad and email copy to be clear, persuasive, and original

  · Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, lead generation, conversion metrics and online customer acquisition

  · Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated

  · Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines

  · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  · Willingness to learn new technical applications

  · Experience in CRM System
