**[SUMMARY OF ROLE
[The Electrical Panel Craftsman must have ability to build according to schematics and layout drawings with limited requirements for build notes and instruction, without direct supervision. The Electrical Panel Craftsman has a thorough understanding of wire sizing, selection, and installation. He / She will be responsible for guiding the assembler throughout the build process. Wire and/or modify panels and enclosures and mount components for complex electrical/electronic control systems, which may include extensive and involved circuitry. These systems are usually modular, repeatable assemblies where high quality workmanship, extreme care and accuracy are required to meet customer expectations.
