**What We Offer:
As the Electro/Mechanical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of complex electro-mechanical equipment to ensure daily production goals and output is achieved. This role involves utilizing a blend of electrical and mechanical expertise, for proficient diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly that will minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
Creates and implements a planned preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime.
Performs routine maintenance tasks on electro-mechanical equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, to ensure consistent functionality.
Diagnoses and repairs electrical and mechanical malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify potential equipment improvements, upgrades, and modifications to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Utilizes diagnostic tools and testing instruments to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions to resolve reoccurring issues.
Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate preventative maintenance and repairs.
Maintains comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to help resolve downtime and make future troubleshooting more effective.
Assists in the planning and execution of equipment installation and commissioning projects to meet production goals and start up dates.
Follows
the established safety protocols and guidelines while working on equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
