The role:
As the Director, Industry Solutions, you will leverage your multi-vertical ServiceNow expertise to develop and implement pre-sales strategies that will optimize customer experience, maximize retention, and foster long-term relationships. This role is client-facing, highly collaborative with the Delivery and Sales/Account teams, and requires dedication to guiding and mentoring a team.
Design and execute pre-sales technical vision/strategy in alignment with ServiceNow practices
Develop project roadmap and define all goals, metrics, and benchmarks
Serve clients as a trusted advisor and dependable advocate to best support their needs
Lead and support a team of managers, fostering our promise to thrive on an inclusive and high caliber team with heart
Work cross-functionally to understand client objectives and address challenges
Identify opportunities to maximize service value, growth prospects and Cognizant ROI
You must have:
15+ years of experience in IT services
8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and/or delivery leadership preferably from an Elite ServiceNow Integration Partner
Recent specialization creating and marketing packaged ServiceNow solutions in at least one of the following industries:
o Healthcare
o Life sciences
o Financial services
o Media/Telecom
o Manufacturing/Logistics
o Public sector
Well-versed in most ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, APM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, Service Portal)
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide senior decision-makers
Ability to travel 50-75%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You'll stand out if you have:
Additional ServiceNow industry specializations
CMA and/or CTA certifications
Experience integrating with other enterprise systems
* MBA or equivalent degree
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
