Job Description

　　This position will be responsible for building a team of exceptional shared data platforms technologists and data functional analyst to accelerate a data driven culture at a Fortune 200 Company. The Director will lead a team that develops a vision for enterprise Shared Data Platforms and partner with our Data and Insights organization to create a roadmap to accomplish the vision. The position will deliver technical leadership and support the efforts of the Enterprise Data & Insights team to empower and enable business and technology partners. This role will partner with organizations across Digital Technology to enable digital products while also partnering with Data & Insights to enable the Data Strategy and with Business Transformation to assist in accelerating the transformation journey.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　FORMAL EDUCATION:

　　* Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.

　　KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

　　* 12+ years of IT experience (in Data/ Technology roles with increasing levels of responsibility)

　　* 8+ years of management experience and leading teams or experience building teams from scratch.

　　* 7+ years managing activities related to the maintenance of data and strategy, standards, and quality.

　　* 7+ years hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and retiring enterprise-scale programs that are flexible, responsive, and deliver value aligned to strategic objectives (preferred)

　　* 7+ years working cross-functionally to align data with security architecture, information security, and privacy standards (preferred).

　　* 7+ years working in the Manufacturing and/or Consumer Products industry (Preferred)

　　* 5+ years managing technical teams.

　　* Deep knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms best practices

　　* Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

　　* Clear and concise verbal and written communication

　　* Ability to take on complex challenges and coordination with software development teams and business.

　　* Demonstrable experience increasing delivery of MDM Technologies tools and across an enterprise. null
