The GE Appliances' Director of Parts Renewables will be responsible for the launch and development of the new renewables brand segment, including go-to-market strategy, product selection, marketing as well as revenue and profitability. They will also own the commercial metrics for the Renewables Product Line Segment, and influence work across all business functions to identify, test, create and commercialize future products, consumer experiences, and offerings.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Develop and implement the strategy for a new Renewables Product Line segment including brand, product selection and marketing.
Lead efforts across the business for the successful launch of the new Renewables segment of the Parts Microenterprise (ME)
Identify and pursue new renewables business opportunities to grow revenue.
Work closely with Product Management to manage NPI implementation and go-to-market strategy.
In conjunction with Product Management, develop the Renewables Ecosystem Strategy through interfacing with product management, insights, technology and key commercial partners to grow this segment.
Work with the Digital Technology and Supply Chain teams to ensure current and future tech stack solutions are built for agile growth and speed-to-market.
Work with Sourcing in developing supplier relationships and negotiation strategies to achieve GE Appliances’ goals and objectives. Deliver value through supplier collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work cross functionally across the Parts ME and the Sales Organization to provide product placement, optimization, and availability in all optimal channels.
Lead team to execute and implement renewables segment launch.
Responsible for operating plan for renewables segments.
Support channel governance guidelines.
Through market research and concept testing, influence the strategic approach of the Parts ME Renewables, Growth Playbook and Product Plans to ensure GE Appliances is poised for success now and in the future.
Work closely with Pricing and Sales to implement multi-channel strategy for all of the renewables catalog.
Stay abreast of industry trends and tools to support cross-functional training and solutions implementation.
Provide leadership, coaching, support and development opportunities to develop the Renewables Team. Develop and ensure employee capability through performance management processes, talent reviews, training and development and effective staffing decisions.
Create the vision that their team and Product Marketing Managers will execute on when launching new products and bringing a compelling and innovative go-to-market strategy to live.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial, operations, brand development, digital marketing, and eCommerce experience.
Prior leadership/people management experience.
Experience in setting and managing sales and margin goals, as well as the ability to interpret web analytics and optimize merchandising plans to drive sales.
Proven experience in the development and management of a small brand wearing various “hats” throughout the development process.
Knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation, and statistics, particularly as it relates consumer analytics.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
The ability to understand and explain complex issues, but also clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.
Proven leadership, communication, teamwork, facilitation, problem resolution, conflict management and influencing skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Strong presentation skills required. Must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people and with all levels of management.
Deep understanding of Go-To-Market strategies.
Knowledge of the appliances and/or replacement parts industries.
Willingness to work hard and contribute positively to a unique, fun, and exceptional company culture.
Exhibit professional initiative and entrepreneurial drive.
Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
