Director, Integrated Production

In June 2021, 160over90 partnered with Obsidianworks, a culture-powered marketing agency co-founded by actor and producer, Michael B. Jordan, and Chad Easterling. Purpose-built for a more inclusive era of brand storytelling, the agency focuses on cultural connectivity through brand strategy, digital and social impact. Together with 160over90, the agency works with brand and talent partners to identify opportunities, create, and execute innovative and culturally resonant campaigns and activations, and connect with multicultural consumers in diverse communities.
This role will focus on opportunities for Obsidianworks and 160over90, brought to life through their agency partnership. The Director, Integrated Production will spend approximately 80% of her/his time on projects led by Obsidianworks, and the remaining 20% on projects led by 160over90. This role will be based in 160over90's New York, Santa Monica or Philadelphia office.
We're looking for business acumen, project management and strategic creative skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team to execute award-winning projects.
Responsibilities
Directs and coordinates production activities (television/radio spots, industrial videos, activations, etc.) on behalf of our clients and agency; Initiates/maintains communications and interactions with client services and creative teams. Directs activities (casting, shooting, creating product) of staff and/or external parties involved in production;Is a partner with our clients in understanding their processes and protocols for successful production;Can elevate the productions to create award-winning productions; Serves as the liaison between the agency and the production company; Develops and manages budgets for each of the deliverables;Determines what services and projects to keep in-house, and which to outsource;Sources and books talent (i.e., directors, editors, animators, models, stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, set designer, photographers);Sources and books production resources (i.e., external producers, research, legal counsel) when necessary;Negotiates fees for talent, production services, usage rights, props, and locations;Oversees shot list and shoot schedule development, travel coordination, shoot setup, on-site coordination, and permits;Coordinates and oversees recording sessions, edits, scout delays, and shoots;Files trafficking and delivery;Maintains archives of final spots on the agency server;Works with outside vendor and client to develop and managing budget;Maintains relationship with vendors and content library owners (i.e. Corbis, Getty, DG, Fast Channel, etc.);Ensures that all assets have been legally obtained and are used within the rules of their purchased license;Develops and maintains organized database of available audio and video resources (i.e. production houses, directors, editors, script writers, etc.);Ensures that all official paperwork is in place for outside vendors; andAdministers all production related paperwork, such as developing client estimates, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, as we well as reconciliation of expenses and invoices.
Requirements:

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
