　　Lead ERPP project delivery: budget, timelines, resources, scope, and client expectations.

　　Manage program-level solutions: terms, economics, schedule, and quality.

　　Secure senior management buy-in for critical plans, and handle risks.

　　Direct change management, aid clients in change processes.

　　Align with stakeholder goals, and ensure effective communication.

　　Mentor team, and oversee supplier/subcontractor relationships.

　　Develop governance, control strategies; coordinate service levels, agreements, resource priorities; monitor, resolve delivery issues.

　　Skills and experiences

　　Extensive project and service management experience for ERP solutions, particularly for Dynamics 365 F&SCM preferred.

　　Showcase strong leadership skills with direct people management experience.

　　Exhibit expertise in contract terms and interpretation.

　　Proven ability to think systematically and logically while driving change in unstructured environments.

　　Possesses negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
