Develop and present regular reports to leadership, highlighting key insights and providing actionable recommendations for course correction. Implement data-driven decision-making processes within the program management team to ensure informed and effective planning and execution.

  CTO/CPO Leadership Partnership:

Act as a liaison between the program management team and CTO/CPO leadership, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to address business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape and prioritize objectives for the business unit.

Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources based on business needs and strategic objectives. Develop and maintain tools and processes for tracking resource availability, commitments, and overall capacity.

  Escalated Issue Resolution:

Act as a point of escalation for issues impacting team performance or project delivery, working with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions. Provide guidance and best practices to team members on effective issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies. Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement within the program management team.
