　　The Role

　　Develops and lead a strategic alliance globally, across countries, markets and practices in line with our overall business strategy. Manages the sell-with segment as well as the sell-to segment relationship. Manages a team of BDEs and Program Managers. In charge of the partnership agreement and the achievement of our commitments against all elements that are part of the agreement.

　　Who You Are

　　Ex-MS, MS or ex-MS Partner organization

　　Senior thought leader in large MNC , ideally a global Services (SI) company

　　Former Sales experience (ex-Seller)

　　Strong ability to influence other stakeholders and virtual team members for success

　　Strong network in ASIA markets - ASEAN, GCG, KOR

　　High IQ and EQ to have ability and confidence to drive joint collaboration for win-win outcomes
