　　The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old.Must possess a valid driver's license.Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D. preferredRelated direct care experience (DSP, CAN, HHA) preferred.Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
