　　At Splunk, we deliver and maintain a world-class web experience on splunk.com. The digital project manager will guide our digital UI design team's work from ideas to final execution. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Creative Operations and working closely with our UI design team, the digital project manager will be responsible for all project management, timelines, project prioritization, utilization, resource management, and delivery for all creative and design for splunk.com. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for workflows, attention to detail, and ability to balance work across teams and disciplines. They will also have an advanced knowledge of digital project management software, web CMS systems, web design, agile team structure, and digital delivery systems. 　　What you'll get to do

　　Managing the creative development process for our web UI design team from figma layouts to final art and asset delivery.Partner with our brand and creative team to deliver artwork, web pages, landing pages, banner ads, video, and any other interactive design element for web production.Develop internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approvals, opening and closing projects in Adobe Workfront, and guiding all work to completion.Coordinate work with our web development team, marketing teams, and operations to determine priorities and ensure processes and delivery is seamless.Adapt and reprioritize projects and assets to align with resources and production timelines.Flex to help other project managers and creative teams across the organization.Must-have Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in project management or associated fieldMinimum 5-7 years of project management experience with creative teams working on a large SaaS/Tech brand either in-house or agencyThrives in a fast-pace work environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAn advanced knowledge of the latest project management software (Workfront and Jira) as well as an understanding of creative workflow using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. 　　Costa Rica

　　Base Pay: CRC 27,200,000.00 - 37,400,000.00 per year

　　Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
