　　You will organize projects, programs, and activities in accordance with the Yubico mission and goals across organizations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in working across different disciplines and with different stakeholders to gain alignment, develop strategies, and tactics to reduce risk and maximize outcomes, ultimately ensuring results are achieved in a planned and timely manner.

　　Tasks & Responsibilities:Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesCoordinate the projects, interdependencies, and teams across various projects and programs for optimal return on investmentMonitor and track project deliverables and milestones using project management tools and techniques and ensure project and program objectives are being met.Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects to maximize outcomes. Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
