We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer for a full-time, permanent (W2 only) role. This is a REMOTE role for candidates who live in the United States and have an active IRS Public Trust clearance.
As a DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll use your development experience to streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You’ll incorporate open source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best – innovate. You’ll implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to build your experience working with big data in live production environments serving millions of users, while developing software that will provide data transparency to the American public. Basic (Required) Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience with DevOps in a cloud environment
Experience in integrating CI/CD pipelines with Jira or Confluence
Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Ansible
Experience with AWS
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with architecting and developing automated orchestration of Node.js and Java applications in Azure and AWS cloud environments
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Experience working in an Agile environment and cross-functional teams
Experience with architecting environments for continuous integration, deployment, and continuous monitoring
Experience in working with big data applications, data lakes, or DataOps
AWS Cloud Certification
