MGR PRODUCT & PRICING INITIATIVES

　　WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

　　Position will be responsible for Consumer & Small Business deposit pricing. Requires using pricing optimization based on survey data, competitive analyses, performance vs. benchmarks, and product profitability. This position will partner closely with executive and senior management stakeholders to develop and execute pricing recommendations that align with City National's business goals.

　　What you will do

　　Develop CNB’s pricing strategy based on a data-centric approach supported by a robust understanding of CNB’s business fundamentals, and a strong financial analysis background

　　Follow an analytics based pricing approach with a “test-and-learn” methodology to continually refine and enhance pricing

　　Evaluate competitive analysis, market trends and emerging technologies to bring strategic perspective to pricing recommendations

　　Fully utilize both internal data and survey data to develop segment based strategies

　　Collaborate with the Lines of Business and Marketing leadership to optimize pricing structure and develop pricing promotions

　　Drive and foster a Risk Management centric culture of accountability and control

　　Must-Have*

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

　　10+ years pricing background, preferably including pricing deposits for High Net Worth clients

　　3+ years of management experience

　　Skills and Knowledge

　　Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders.

　　Advanced understanding of pricing fundamentals and frameworks

　　Strong financial analysis background / understanding of product profitability, including modeling the financial impact and break-even for pricing alternatives

　　Experience managing direct and cross-functional teams including coaching and development of junior team members

　　Master’s Degree preferred (in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering)

　　Process oriented, with strong analytical capability

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with all levels of an organization

　　Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders.

　　Excellent judgment and independent decision-making ability.

　　Experience using survey data from Curinos deposit analyzers and call report data to drive business deposit strategy and pricing decisions

　　Compensation

　　Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
