About Customer Success Associate

Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves a focus on customer service, data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.

• Accurately process customer credit applications, adhering strictly to company and industry regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records, ensuring all data is accurate and easily accessible.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action.

• Utilize Microsoft Office to create and maintain organized, efficient systems for managing customer information.

• Provide consistent, high-quality service, fostering strong relationships with customers and contributing to customer retention.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve customer service, and achieve team objectives.

• Utilize strong data entry skills to ensure all customer data is entered accurately and promptly.

• Actively engage in continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, company products, and any changes in company policies or procedures.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and make recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Capacity to handle sensitive customer information with utmost confidentiality and integrity

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to team success

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and detail-oriented development in the field

• Proven record of punctuality, reliability, and flexibility in work schedules

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems related to customer service operations

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experience.
