Start Date: February 5th
Job Description
Receive customer complaints and create complaint record in CRM software.
Initiate Corrective Action if applicable.
Assign Complaint Analysis to appropriate Resolution Owner.
Communicate with customers for sample return, product returns, and financial adjustments.
Process financial adjustments in financial system software.
Close out complaint cases within specified timeframe per business targets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• BA degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of Customer Service experience
