  A Day in the Life

  As a Customer Service representative, you will focus on handing orders, and invoicing items in the different locations at hospitals and medical centers in Israel. You will have versatile responsibilities, such as:

  Entering orders to the system, analysing the data, checking prices, and making sure that order is handled properly in the system.

  Creating delivery notes and making sure the items arrive to the hospital within the required timelines.

  Producing invoices for the required orders.

  Solving unexpected problems with the utmost professionalism according to the company's' guidelines.

  Developing effective professional relationship with the sell's rep and the customers.

  Must Haves

  An academic degree

  Good communication skills with people

  Service oriented

  Ability to work under pressure

  Fluent Hebrew and English

  Nice to Haves

  Experienced working with SAP

  Experienced working in a global company

  Good English communication skills

  This is a maternity leave replacement for 9 months.
